Let me apologize for the email you received Tuesday evening. We are using a new system to handle the voting of the board and Executive Positions. As we were loading the email addresses of the membership that attended Homecoming as the baseline, but the software thought this was the official listing and started the voting process before we had finished beta testing.
Because of that you received a ballot that wasn’t ready for release. I take full responsibility for this and I wanted to let you know that the official voting for new Board Members and Executive Positions will start on Thursday November 8, 2018 and run for one week. If you did not attend Homecoming and would like to vote, please email fsumca@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get a UserID and Code.
